* What kinds of payments will you accept?
I prefer PayPal. Well concealed cash may be sent at your own risk, DeadCupcake IS NOT responsible for your money going missing in the mail. PayPal is free to sign up for, you can securely send and receive online payments & has become a trusted internet payment feature. Also, Instant payment means you get your package sooner.
* Will you make a custom item for me?
Sure, if I'm able to! Email me and we'll talk about your ideas and I'll let you know if it seems like something I can do.
* Do you do refunds or accept returns?
I currently am not accepting returns. If there is an issue with your item please contact me. I want all my customers to be happy with their purchase and want to return to me for more fabulous products. I will try my best to resolve a problem you might be having.
* Where do you get the things you sell on your site?
I spend a lot of my free time shopping. I visit ebay, thrift stores and second hand shops, novelty establishments, I order overseas in bulk and take advantage of wholesale items. I think of myself as a creative person and I often see potential in objects that are hidden by ugly packaging and poor assembly. I often take unattractive items I find and revamp them into some of the one-of-a-kind things you find on my site. Things I did not make I could have found just about anywhere. I always have an eye out for a diamond in the rough.
* Where is my stuff? I paid you a few days days ago.
You product is being shipped first class parcel post & may take up to 14 days to arrive during a "calmer" time of year (i.e. not right before the holidays). The United States Postal Service may take longer during certain times of year.
* I am thinking about buying a gift off your site and I need it asap. What do I need to do?
If you are buying a gift make sure you have left yourself plenty of time to receive the gift in case there are unexpected delays.
* Why is the shipping fee higher than the actual cost to ship it to me?
Along with the actual shipping total you see stamped on your package I had to purchase the envelope it came in, the bubble wrap its wrapped in and had to travel to the post office using gasoline to get there. I also spend extra time on every package making sure your package is sealed VERY well so that no snooping postal workers try to peel it open.
* I sell things, too. I want to buy lots of things from you wholesale. Can I?
That might be possible, just E-mail me with your request. Wholesale orders are subject to different terms which we can discuss one on one.
